Our coaches strive to create a positive and uplifting environment, and encourage athletes of all ability levels to achieve their goals through creative workouts and supportive coaching.
We also support both youth and adults in open water swimming, and encourage families to complete in the sport together. We host the Shark Attack at Lake Longhorn – an open water race with Ironman distance swims that is dual sanctioned with USAT and USMS.
NextGen offers services throughout the season and beyond to help your athlete experience success at the finish.
This five-week session meets weekly and leads up to the Houston Texans Triathlon.
The summer sessions lead up to the best Kids Tri around - Captain Kids!
The DOT group is based on Coach Crash's elite competitive triathlon team from his racing days. They work hard but still have fun, and serve as awesome role models for the team.
Head to the lake and learn the basics of open water swimming, or get some distance work in. We hold open water races too! Adult and youth swimmers are welcome. Training is kayak supported, of course!
USAT and USA Swimming certified, great with kids....and fun!
